Please read and understand our warranty and return policy before placing an order.
For products that have failed outside of the warranty period, Please contact us via email email@example.com to help find a solution.
Products that are functional, not sold by NettMix Custom Vapes, determined to be out of warranty or damaged by misuse will be sent back without exchange.
Eligibilty for refunds, returns or exchanges are limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failuire. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other than NettMix Custom Vapes are not eligible for exchange.
Use our Contact Us Form to initiate a request if you feel you have a defective product. Instructions will be provided after a request is initiated.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for e-liquid products. All e-liquid purchases are final.
Requests to correct fulfillment mistakes that are made by NettMix Custom Vapes resulting in your receipt of incorrect or missing items in your order will be accepted for 7 days after the receipt of your order.
Requests for missing or incorrect items will not be accepted after 7 days from the date you have received your order.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and if you feel there is an error please submit a request through our Contact Us Form. Instructions will be provided once a request is submitted.
Catridges, Cartomizer and Atomizers Refund/Return Policy
Cartomizers and cartridges have no warranty and all purchases are final on these products.
